One Ticker, Ten Beaten-Down Names, One Catalyst

SpaceX (SPCX) reports Tuesday after the close.

I'm watching the Tema Space Innovators ETF (NASA), because it gives you exposure to the entire space sector with one ticker. SpaceX is the biggest position at 16.36%. Rocket Lab (RKLB) is 10.45%, then Viasat (VSAT), EchoStar (ECHO), AST SpaceMobile (ASTS), Filtronic (FLTCF), 5N Plus, Firefly (FLY) and MDA Space (MDA) behind it.

The chart is ugly.

It topped near $42 in early June and closed Friday at $21.62, so about half is gone. It's under the 20-day at $23.98 and nowhere near the 50-day at $29.67.

Volume dried up the whole way down, 1.4 million shares on Friday against 20 million to 40 million back in May.

It feels like most of the people who wanted out are already out... which creates the opportunity for us.

Action to take: If Tuesday lands well for SPCX, then NASA should see a significant pop. But it’s a wait-and-see situation.
