Insiders Bought Again Today At A Higher Price

Alibaba (BABA) just sold $10.2 billion of its own stock.

That was Hong Kong's biggest follow-on offering ever, and it was oversubscribed three times over.

Now watch what the men running the company did with their own money the same week.

Chairman Joseph Tsai bought 720,000 shares on Monday and CEO Eddie Wu bought 350,000 the same day. Between them that's $15.3 million out of pocket, at prices between $112.94 and $114.68 on the ADRs.

Then Tsai came back today and bought another 720,000 shares at a higher price than he paid yesterday.

The company is issuing stock and the people who run it are buying it.

It’s worth noting that there's also a securities class action pending covering purchases from June 2025 through June 2026, with an October 5 deadline. Unproven so far, but you should know about it before you put money in.

Action to take: We are long stock in the War Room. I want to be uber careful about this. Any Chinese share is speculative and subject to the will of the Chinese government, which controls every Chinese company in the end.

If you want to control your portfolio by simply flipping stocks for overnight profits, Bryan has a special live event dedicated to showing you how.
