The Company That Sends Every Text You Get

Alright gang, Twilio (TWLO) time.

Whether you’ve heard of this company or not, you probably just used it.

The verification code you got this morning, the text saying your driver is outside, your dentist reminding you about Tuesday. There's a good chance Twilio carried all of it.

It’s a boring business that moves messages, and nobody thought about it for years while the stock sat in the $90s.

Now every AI agent that wants to talk to a human needs that exact same pipe. Their CEO put it plainly on the call, that humans and AI agents are working side by side and Twilio powers both.

The market figured that out on August 6th.

They beat on both lines, $1.47 against $1.32 expected on record revenue of $1.5 billion, and then took full year growth guidance from 14% up to 18%.

Existing customers are spending 16% more than they did a year ago.

The stock closed at $193.20 the day before that print and traded to $254.50 the next session. A week later, it's still up there at $249.

Gaps like that will sometimes give back a great deal of those gains, but this one hasn't budged.

The 78-minute chart is coiling right underneath the highs on stacked EMAs, and the squeeze is setting back up after the run.

It’s been a great week, let’s finish strong.

Monday’s message will contain a link to CJ's Monday Market Minutes, an exclusive pre-market breakdown where Chris Johnson lays out the trading week ahead.

If you’re seeing this message, you’re already on the list!

Action to take: TWLO’s on the watchlist, and I'm playing it long with options.

I'll give out the strikes and expiration in the Open House. Today's the last day.

Be there!
